How do I get started / pricing?

Click on the ReBinder logo in the top left corner which will take you back to the front page or the Search Box at the top of the page, find the product you are interested in having printed. Each product page has our stock (unprinted) product pricing - priced per case. At the bottom of each product page you'll see for Custom Screen Printing Pricing. The Custom Screen Printing Pricing listed is the cost per unit (includes set up, printing and product). Pricing is based on product being printed, number of pieces and number of colors printed. Once you've decided on the product you'll need printed, download our art work template and design guidelines under the product pricing. Each product has layout guidelines which explains in detail how to lay out your art and which files we can work with. Submit your art to us via email. What is the minimum number of custom printed binders or folders I can order?

Our custom printing minimum is 250 units (per product). We try to keep everything in one convenient price, and the fact that we don't charge setup fees. In some cases we can print smaller quantities, but the cost per product rises dramatically as the quantities get lower. For those last minute presentations that require designing your binders or folders on the fly, we also offer brown kraft laser labels in a variety of shapes and sizes. These labels can be added to any stock product order and are compatible with laser and inkjet printers.

What is the turn around time?

For business cards it's just a day or two. For everything else, our print calendar is fluid...meaning we can expedite something through to hit your deadline (rush fees may apply). Our turn around time on custom printed folders, custom printed binders and custom printed notebooks is a couple weeks of you placing the order. Please contact our office to discuss your custom printed project to make sure we can meet your important deadlines.

What type of custom printing do you offer?

All printing is silk screened with water based inks using a Spot Color Process. Please note that fluorescent/neon colors (particularly green and yellow shades) tend to be difficult to see on the natural cardboard material. PMS colors will not be an exact match since we are printing on a brown cardboard surface instead of white. Please allow for slight variations of colors.

What Type of Inks Do You Use?

All of the inks we use are water based acrylics. Our inks are non toxic and clean up easily with water.

We get asked from time to time if our screen printing inks are soy based - they are not. Even soy based inks have only a small percentage of soy in them (7-10%) and the rest is a petroleum based ink that require chemicals to clean up.

How do your products look custom printed?

Whether you are choosing to custom printed folders, custom printed binders or custom printed notebooks, the final product is eye catching. The water based inks we use in our custom printing are a flat / matte finish which prints exceptionally well on the natural brown background. Our custom printed folders and binders have been used in several high end presentations and our customers have praised us for helping to deliver that message.

All of our custom printing is silk screened (except our business cards) with water based inks using a Spot Color Process NOT- 4 Color Process. This means we cannot print anything picture quality, do a bleed edge-to-edge or print over the score marks on any of our products.

Artwork is preferred as an Illustrator or EPS file, but we accept most formats. Refer to the artwork templates for more details.

Upon receipt of an order and customer supplied artwork, an electronic art proof will be emailed to the client for approval. A Pre-production Sample is available for $50.00 plus set up fees ($25.00 per color) and shipping charges.
