How do I get started?

Select the ReBinder product from the drop down menu on the left side. Download our art work template and design guidelines which lay out each product by size, dimensions and detail which files we can accept. Call (206) 432-8020 to speak to one of our sales representatives and to obtain a price quote on your custom printed job.

What is the minimum number of custom printed binders or folders I can order and your turn around time?

Our custom printing is available for a minimum of 50 pieces. Our turn around time on custom printed folders and binders can vary. Please contact our office to discuss your custom printed project to make sure we can meet your important deadlines. We also sell brown kraft laser labels in a variety of sizes and shapes. Labels are ideal for last minute presentations that require designing your binders or folders on the fly. Our stock brown laser labels can be added to any stock product order and are compatible with ink jet and laser printers.

What type of printing do you offer?

All printing is silk screened with water based inks using a Spot Color Process. Please note that fluorescent/neon colors (particularly green and yellow shades) tend to be difficult to see on the natural cardboard material. PMS colors will not be an exact match since we are printing on a brown cardboard surface instead of white. Please allow for slight variations of colors.

What Type of Inks Do You Use?

All of the inks we use are water based acrylics. Our inks are non toxic and clean up easily with water.

We get asked from time to time if our screen printing inks are soy based - they are not. Even soy based inks have only a small percentage of soy in them (7-10%) and the rest is a petroleum based ink that require chemicals to clean up.

All printing is silk screened with water based inks using a Spot Color Process NOT- 4 Color Process. This means we cannot print anything picture quality, do a bleed edge-to-edge or print over the score marks on any of our products.

Artwork is preferred as an Illustrator or EPS file, but we accept most formats. Refer to the artwork templates for more details.

Upon receipt of an order and customer supplied artwork, an electronic art proof will be emailed to the client for approval. A Pre-production Sample is available for $50.00 plus set up fees ($25.00 per color) and shipping charges.
