Shipping Policy

ReBinder uses FedEx for all small package shipping. For international orders we also offer USPS Priority International.

Shipping costs are calculated for each order based on order weight, number of packages, distance, and ship method.

All orders received by noon Pacific Time, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) normally ship that same day. In all cases, orders will ship within two business days from the time the order is placed (excluding holidays), unless notified otherwise. If shipping will take longer than two business days to ship we will call you to advise and discuss options. We encourage customers to call if they are working against a tight schedule, to confirm same-day-shipment.

Orders shipping outside the United States may incur import duties and/or brokerage fees from a shipping carrier or third party. These fees are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

ReBinder hours of operations are Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm Pacific Time.
